1. Eligibility
Prizes are available to registered Referral Partners on the HiringReferrals platform. Each partner must have completed KYC verification and have at least 3 confirmed placements in the qualifying month to be eligible for any prize.
2. Leaderboard Calculation
Rankings are based on the number of confirmed placements (post-91-day employer confirmation) in the calendar month — not submissions or interviews. Disputes about rankings must be raised within 7 days of month-end.
3. Trip Prize
The trip destination (Bali, Dubai, or Singapore) is selected by the Company based on availability and season. Trip covers: return flights from nearest major Indian airport, hotel accommodation (3 nights minimum), and travel insurance. Visa costs and personal expenses are not covered. Trip must be redeemed within 6 months of award.
4. Cash Prizes
Cash prizes are paid via bank transfer to the winner's registered bank account within 15 working days of month-end. TDS will be deducted at applicable rates per Indian Income Tax provisions.
5. Product Prizes
Product prizes (MacBook, iPhone) are of the current base model at time of award. Colour and configuration are subject to availability. Winners can opt for equivalent cash value instead, subject to approval.
6. Commission Boost
The 15% commission boost applies to the Top 5–10 partners in the following calendar month on all confirmed placements during that month only. Boost is not cumulative.
7. General Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable. The Company reserves the right to modify prize values, structure, or conditions with 30 days notice. In case of fraud, rule violation, or platform abuse, prizes may be revoked and commissions clawed back.
