I was placed but don't have portal access. What do I do?
Email support@hiringreferrals.com with your full name, registered mobile number, and Employer name. We'll send your credentials within 1 business day.
When exactly is my 91st day?
Day 1 is your official Date of Joining (DOJ) as confirmed by your Employer on the Platform. Day 91 is 90 calendar days later. The portal shows your exact date.
My BGV is showing "Action Required". What does that mean?
It means your BGV partner needs additional documents. Log in to your portal to see exactly which documents are needed and upload them directly.
When will my bonus be paid after Day 91?
After your Employer confirms your employment on the Platform and BGV is cleared, your bonus is processed within 30 working days.
