How do I apply for a job on HiringReferrals?
Register for a free account, complete your profile, browse jobs, and click "Apply Now" on any listing. Your profile will be matched against job requirements and sent to the employer.
How do I check my application status?
Log in to your candidate dashboard and visit "My Applications" to see real-time status updates for all your applications.
When will I receive my 91-day bonus?
After your employer confirms your 91-day employment on the Platform and BGV is cleared, the bonus is disbursed within 30 working days. Track status in your employee portal.
What documents are needed for BGV?
Typically: Aadhaar card, PAN card, last 3 months' salary slips (if experienced), educational certificates, and previous employer experience letters. Exact requirements depend on your employer's BGV partner.
I haven't received my payout. What should I do?
Email support@hiringreferrals.com with your registered mobile number and placement details. We'll investigate within 3 business days.

How do I refer a candidate?
Log in to your referral partner dashboard, find a relevant job listing, copy your unique referral link, and share it with the candidate. They apply using your link and you're credited for the referral.
When do I get paid my commission?
Commission is paid within 30 working days of placement confirmation — when the employer confirms joining and BGV clearance is granted.
How is my leaderboard rank calculated?
Your rank is based on the number of confirmed placements in the current calendar month. Placements confirmed before the last day of the month count toward that month's ranking.
Can I refer someone I know personally?
Yes — personal referrals are encouraged. However, you cannot refer yourself, current employees of the hiring company, or individuals who have already applied for that job through another partner.
🏢 For Employers
How do I post a job listing?
Log in to your employer dashboard, click "Post a Job", fill in the job details and commission structure, and submit for review. Listings go live within 24 hours of approval.
How do I confirm a placement on the platform?
In your employer dashboard under "Active Placements", click "Confirm Joining" next to the candidate's name and enter their Date of Joining (DOJ). This triggers the 91-day countdown and payout process.
What if a candidate leaves before 91 days?
If the candidate resigns or is terminated before Day 91, no bonus or commission is owed for that placement. Update the candidate status in your dashboard immediately.
