1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the 91-Day Retention Challenge, a Candidate must:

1. Have registered and applied for the job exclusively through the HiringReferrals Platform.
2. Have been formally offered and accepted employment with an Employer listed on the Platform.
3. Have completed 91 continuous calendar days of employment from the official date of joining.
4. Have successfully cleared the Employer's Background Verification (BGV) process.
5. Still be actively employed on the 91st day (no resignation, termination, or absconding).
6. Have a valid PAN card registered on the Platform (mandatory for payout processing).
7. Have a valid Indian bank account linked to the Platform profile.

2. Bonus Amounts

Bonus amounts are specified per job listing on the Platform. General indicative ranges:

The exact amount for each role is stated at the time of application. HiringReferrals reserves the right to revise bonus amounts on future listings without affecting existing confirmed placements.

3. Confirmation & Disbursement Process

1. On or after Day 91, the Employer confirms the Candidate's active employment status via the Platform dashboard.
2. HiringReferrals verifies BGV clearance records with the Employer.
3. Upon successful verification, the bonus is processed within 30 working days.
4. Disbursement is made directly to the Candidate's linked bank account via NEFT/IMPS/UPI.

4. Tax Deduction (TDS)

All bonus payments are subject to Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as per applicable Indian Income Tax Act provisions. The TDS rate applicable to prizes and awards under Section 194B / 194BB / 194R will be applied. A Form 16A / TDS certificate will be issued to the Candidate after deduction. HiringReferrals is not responsible for the Candidate's personal tax obligations beyond the TDS deducted at source.

5. Disqualification

The bonus will be forfeited if:

• The Candidate resigns, is terminated, or absences themselves from work before Day 91.
• BGV clearance is denied or revoked by the Employer.
• The Candidate provided false or misleading information during the application or BGV process.
• The job was obtained through fraudulent means, including fake referrals or duplicate profiles.
• The Employer disputes the Candidate's employment record on the Platform.

6. Disputes

Any disputes regarding bonus eligibility must be raised within 30 days of the expected payout date. Disputes should be emailed to support@hiringreferrals.com with supporting documentation. HiringReferrals' decision on bonus eligibility disputes is final.

7. Changes to These Terms

HiringReferrals reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the 91-Day Retention Challenge programme at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already confirmed for active placements at the time of the change.
