Drive life insurance sales through assigned Federal Bank branches (Koothattukulam, Kerala) by building strong relationships with bank staff, generating leads, conducting customer meetings and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches
- Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Conduct joint customer meetings with bank officials for sales conversion
- Visit assigned branches daily, drive market share growth and generate leads
- Cross-sell life insurance products to existing bank customers
- Identify and convert leads from branch referrals and walk-in customers

Eligibility:
- Graduate or Post-graduate in any discipline
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Life Insurance / Bancassurance / Banking / BFSI / NBFC sales
- Good communication and relationship management skills; target-oriented and self-motivated
- Knowledge of insurance products and sales processes preferred
- Presentable; fluent in Malayalam and English; native to the location preferred
- Preferred experience: Life Insurance / BFSI / NBFC / Banking. Age: 23 to 32 years.
