You can request permanent deletion of your HiringReferrals account and associated data at any time, using either of the two methods below.

Option 1 — From the App

1. Open the HiringReferrals app and log in to your account.
2. Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion request. You will receive a confirmation on your registered email.

Option 2 — By Email

Send an account deletion request from your registered email address to support@hiringreferrals.com, including your registered email address or phone number so we can verify and process your request. We will confirm once the deletion is complete, typically within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

Profile information (name, email, phone, photo), resume, education and experience details, job applications, saved jobs, job matches and alerts, and referral and earnings history are all permanently deleted from our active systems. Wallet balance is forfeited on deletion unless a payout is already pending. Invoices and financial transaction records are retained as required under Indian tax and accounting law — see our Privacy Policy for full retention periods.
