Yes. Registration for candidates and referral partners is completely free. You earn commissions only when your referrals are successfully placed and confirmed.
For hires made through an agency, the agency pays HiringReferrals through the platform, and HiringReferrals pays your commission after that payment is received and the payout conditions are met. Every payment made through the platform is recorded, which keeps the process transparent.
Use the platform for every payment. Paying through the platform lets each payment be recorded and released to you. Payments settled outside the platform cannot be tracked or protected by HiringReferrals.
No. The commission and terms of a mandate are a mutual understanding between the freelancer and the agency or client. HiringReferrals records and facilitates payments, but it is not liable for mandates posted by clients.
Yes. You can browse open mandates and work only on the ones of your choice. There is no obligation to take any mandate.

No. Agencies and direct clients subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan, billed in advance and excluding GST. No security deposit is required for a subscription plan. Plan limits and prices may change with notice.
Our support team aims to respond to every request within 48 hours.
Yes. We need your PAN and bank details to pay commissions and rewards and to deduct and report TDS. Prize eligibility also requires completed KYC. TDS is deducted as per applicable Indian Income Tax provisions.
Retention bonuses are processed within 30 working days after employer confirmation, as per the Bonus T&C. Prize cash is paid within 15 working days of the prize being confirmed.
Your profile and application data are deleted from our active systems. Payout, wallet, invoice and tax records are kept for 7 years as required by law, and copies in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle.
